TRAINING
At Arteak we believe in training which is a fundamental pillar of the prevention of all accidents at work.
Our Arteak SMART Project facilitates the mentoring in the company of new staff, giving proper alignment with traditional training (from remote to site) and above all the practical experience (from site to remote) which in many cases has proved to be more effective than traditional training.
Even the youngest members of the team can work as experts using SMART services with a mentor providing step-by-step remote assistance with instructions, documentation, graphics, images and videos.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE
A remote mentor can train many operators on site, even in multiple sites and at the same time. Also with regards to remote assistance to operations, Arteak SMART Project is a game changer. In fact it facilitates the quality controls and inspections necessary in the commissioning phases and during the ordinary
and extraordinary maintenance of the plants through the immediate sharing of evidence (images and videos, checklists, observations) acquired during the completion of the activities.
Additionally, field operations personnel can receive interactive guidance and real-time instruction from remote quality control experts or managers.
