Arteak delivers safety training courses compliant to applicable UK regulations and BS EN standards, covering most relevant HSE topics applicable for the industry. We design each training syllabus to integrate contents and recommendations set by International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP), thus resulting in an optimal application to the Oil & Gas industry which is often engaged in countries where training requirements set by local legislation are not up to the Client expectations and standards. By nature Arteak is aspired to create value and build up competencies at the local level, this is why we specialized in delivering training services for large construction projects executed in remote locations, supporting where needed also for the design of dedicated practical training areas and the supply of PPE and equipment.

Safety Academy Programs
Compliance of Contractors to Clients’ standards and industry best practices, as well as successfully implementing local content policies, might be some of the hardest challenges for the projects’ HSSE management.
To address the above, Arteak designs and delivers Safety Academy Programs for its Clients, with the main goal of ensuring the Projects are executed as per Corporate HSSE Standards, which often exceed minimum local legal requirements.
Arteak Safety Academy Program starts with the definition and establishment, at the corporate level, of a harmonized Training & Qualification Framework for Project’s Personnel and Safety Instructors.
At the first stage, Arteak qualified safety instructors will be engaged to deliver Train the Trainer programs, in order to bring the local safety instructors in the desired level of competences required to conduct training courses as per company expectations.
As soon as local resources are awarded with the Qualified Safety Instructor status, they will independently manage the training delivery and Arteak will provide support only when local resources are not qualified yet for the subject matter and when third party assessment of competences is required.
At larger scale, Arteak also organizes international workshops and events dedicated to Qualified HSE Instructors and to Client’s and Contractors’ key personnel, with the aim of continuously improving competencies and sharing best practices observed across the regions.

Besides safety instructors competent on general topics related to occupational health and safety in the industry, Arteak provides highly qualified and experienced personnel for the delivery of training courses which demands participants to acquire very specific practical skills and experience.
Our key specialist training services cover Working at Height, Scaffolding, Confined Space Work, Rope Access, Technical Rescue, First Aid, Trauma Care CPR & AED.
Our pool of safety instructors includes qualified IRATA Level 3 Instructors, emergency first response instructors, search and rescue technicians and instructors, etc.
Project’s HSSE
Training Coordination
Where required, our extensive experience in the provision of HSE services for the industry, make us able also to support the project management by providing HSE training coordinators profiles, to support the Client’s HSE Department in the preparation of HSE training matrix for projects, setting training requirements applicable to different job profiles, in the design of dedicated training structures for practical sessions to be held at the Client’s locations, in the definition of equipment and other resources required for a proper delivery of training courses, and of course in the general arrangements and scheduling of training initiatives.
