Each VCR engagement is staffed by Arteak’s Virtual Control Room Leads — seasoned HSSE professionals with years of experience in high-risk industries. Manning our control rooms 24/7, they combine deep technical expertise with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously using state-of-the-art remote monitoring technology, including augmented reality wearables and AI-driven data analytics.

All VCR Leads are vetted through Arteak’s rigorous selection and onboarding process, and maintain qualifications including IOGP 577, NEBOSH, and OSHA certification.

  • Plan and execute remote virtual site walks to observe contractor performance and verify safety compliance
  • Review and audit safety documentation including Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Permits to Work (PTW), and HSSE Plans
  • Ensure contractor compliance with HSSE standards, Safe Work Procedures, PTW requirements, and Emergency Response Plans
  • Provide detailed reporting on trends, observations, and required improvement actions
